Kishu Inu (KISHU) Cryptocurrency
Kishu Inu (KISHU) is a new ERC20 meme coin on Ethereum that aims to benefit its users and build a consolidated community.
Inspired by coins such as SHIB and DOGE, it also features a cartoon dog as its mascot; it is a white dog belonging to the Japanese Kishu breed, hence the name. One of its most widely known features is that it rewards token holders: a 2% commission on each transaction is shared among users.
Kishu Inu has a comprehensive ecosystem that includes the following products:
- Kishu Swap: a decentralized exchange. The company plans to modernize this service: the new version (Kishu Swap X) will offer trading of a range of tokens on 22 chains. No launch date has been announced.
- Kishu Paw Print: A service that provides users with information about their rewards from DEX transactions, wallet balances, etc.
- Kishuverse: NFT mining platform still under development.
- Kishu Crate: NFT marketplace. Users have the option to stake KISHU tokens to receive NFT rewards created by artists belonging to the community. There will also be digital art competitions in the future, which should increase engagement.
- Kishu sWAG: Merchandise Store. The team emphasizes that they only use profits to support further development of the platform and improve the KISHU community experience.
In addition, in the future, the developers plan to add a Kishu Kingdom game in which you can earn money. It is expected to be a card game incorporating various elements from the token ecosystem, such as Kishuverse.
Besides KISHU, there is a coin called TENSHI. It was introduced a couple of months later than the main coin. Owners of TENSHI also receive retention rewards. TENSHI will be used for management: users will be able to select charities that Kishu Inu will help.
Kishu Inu states that transparency is a core value and they have published a security audit on their website.
As of February 2023, Kishu Inu had over 200,000 holders and a market capitalization of over $63 million. At the current 5th stage of the project roadmap, they plan to reach 500,000 holders and establish a crypto charity organization.

History of the Kishu Inu project
The token was launched in April 2021 by an anonymous group of developers. They announced a new cryptocurrency on a billboard in Times Square.
The publicity stunt probably worked as intended because the company claims to have reached the milestone of 100,000 holders within its first month of existence.
Kishu Inu was launched almost simultaneously with two other dog-themed coins - Baby Doge and Kabosu. Some people are convinced that the same development team is responsible for all three, but this could very well just be a coincidence due to the popularity of memecoin cryptocurrencies.
The mission of the project is to help cryptocurrency become mainstream. The team also intends to make the Kishu Inu cryptocurrency a globally recognized brand and make it useful in the real world.
Benefits of Kishu Inu
- Income. Rewards token holders: a commission of 2% from each transaction is distributed among the holders of the Kishu Inu cryptocurrency.
- Diversity. There are many products in the token ecosystem at the moment, and the range is likely to expand.
Disadvantages of Kishu Inu
- Competition . The cryptocurrency market is already saturated with meme coins, with larger companies such as SHIB or DOGE surpassing KISHU in terms of user numbers. Moreover, other meme coins are also being developed. For example, a Shiba Inu operates on a layer 2 network.
- Lack of information. Despite the transparency of the idea itself (according to the white paper), the team remains anonymous.
