Points

• LXP-L will be farmed in the Surge program.
• LXP-L – points used to track the contribution to liquidity. They differ from LXP, which were farmed in all previous activities.
• LXP-L, like LXP, are not transferable.
• A dashboard will be launched soon to track your points and TVL for each project .
• According to current information, you can unstake at any time and your points will not be burned.

Projects and early participant status

We are expecting an official list of protocols participating in the campaign from Linea in the near future.

At the moment, to get the “early” status, you need to add 0.1 ETH liquidity.

There is no list of protocols participating in the program yet. Therefore, for “early” we add liquidity to any DeFi protocol listed on the Linea website: https://linea.build/apps

There is information on discord that through farming on Renzo it will be possible to get Linea points, which the admins have not yet confirmed.

Participation strategies

Strategy 1 (difficult to multiply, do it before the start campaign):

• We receive the early label, which will provide a multiplier for farming points. And there may be an airdrop for it in the future;
• We are interacting with protocols, the list of which will be published by the team in the near future.

The strategy is interesting with a 1.5 multiplier for points. And also because of possible airdrops from partner projects in the future.

Strategy 2 (easy to multiply, but there is no multiplier, do it after the start of the campaign):

• Scatter across multi-accounts funds and through them we interact with protocols, the list of which will be published by the team in the near future.

It is interesting in that it is possible for a large number of wallets to outstrip the early multiplier. This strategy has proven to work well in the past.

Strategy 3 (conservative, done after the start of the campaign):

• Hold funds in the Linea network on the wallet.

This strategy is interesting for large banks, or for those who do not want to take risks and make unnecessary moves. The number of farmed points in this strategy will be less than when interacting with protocols.

Strategy 4:

• Restake through Renzo;
• Spread on ETH wallets in Linea network via Bybit or Gate;
• Go to Renzo and swap ETH in the Linea network into ezETH, restake;
• In this way, EigenLayer, Renzo and probably Linea points will be farmed.

Looks like the most interesting strategy. But there is no confirmation of Renzo’s participation in the campaign yet, so we are waiting for an announcement from Linea.

You need to participate from the start of the campaign, and not wait a few months, since there is a high probability that TVL $3 billion will arrive faster than 6 eras. In addition, every next era the number of points will decrease by 10%, and TVL will increase.

Is it worth participating

Considering the ongoing hype and ConsenSys behind them, Linea will strive to get into the TOP 10 or at least would be in the TOP 20 with FDV of $15-20 billion, displacing OP and ARB.

Therefore, if you have free funds, it is definitely worth participating.
